We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
We do include VAT and collect at checkout for UK customers.
At the moment, our prices do not include VAT for EU customers. You may be required to pay VAT upon your order delivery.

Yes! Please email amine@triple-arm.mail.kustomerapp.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
Your digital download will be sent via email to the email used at check out on the album release date.
Please check your junk and promotions folders for the digital download email. If you still have not received the album download after the release date, email amine@absolutemerch.com with your name and order number and we will resend the album download.
